Musical Rooms

So after 3 years we need to make a few changes. I knew that this was going to happen as the kids got older and needed more space. We have been using the living room downstairs as our bedroom since we moved in. It has worked out really nicely because the entire downstairs has been ours. We had the large bedroom with a fireplace, the work-out room was in there for awhile then changed that for the office. We have a bathroom and another room which was the work-out/office depending what was in our room at the time.
Well, that is all ending. We are going to change the living room back to a living room so Jessy has a place to have her friends over without them being at the kitchen table with nothing to do and her parents in their business. With this change we have to rearrange where everyone sleeps. Jessy had the master bedroom upstairs so now she is going to shift to the bigger room upstairs which is the one that Kody is in, Kody is going to shift to the other room upstairs where Brianna use to be and Brianna is moving to the other room downstairs.
To make all of this work and not have everyone move in then move out to redo the rooms we are doing the construction as we go. Right now Jessy has moved into Brianna's old room and we are working on the master bedroom and Brianna's new room. We have torn out the bathroom completely and the tile floor in the master and have to get all that back together before we can move in. We are going to rip out all the drywall, including the ceiling in Brianna's room because we have to redo the insulation since it is more of an ice box then a room right now. We are planning on having both of those done by July when Brianna comes out. As for when Jessy and Kody's switch we have not planned any time line but we need to put carpet in one room and paint both.
